Your assessment number can be found on correspondence sent to you from the assessor's office regarding your property taxes. Some correspondence will show a number of one to six digits. Newer correspondence will show an assessment number of seven digits, beginning with a "6." You may use either style. Enter numerals only in the block below.

Search Subdivisions

Use this search to get a report on all the properties contained within a subdivision, with the ability to see detailed information on any given property. Note that you will get auto-suggest help after the first several letters you enter, limiting the suggestions to the subdivision names actually in this database. And, you may also click "Search" when you have entered only a partial term such as "HOLDEN" or "RIVER RANCH" to return multiple matches for further examination. Note also that accepting an auto-suggest name can still result in multiple results, as "JOE DEAUX SUBDIVISION" will also return "JOE DEAUX SUBDIVISION EXTENSION I" etc. You can narrow down in ensuing results pages.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE READ! This search is designed to return a list of all properties within a designated Township, Range, Section. The selections available in the Range list will be only those ranges available for the selected Township, and the selections available in the Section list will be only those sections available for the selected Township and Range. Therefore, you should select your search terms in this order: Township, then Range, then Section. You will then be taken to a page with a list of streets and addresses found in our database matching that Township, Range and Section. You may then get full details for any of these accounts.
